Intake and follow-up appointments are billed through insurance (copay/coinsurance or deductible may apply if required by your plan). No long-term commitment—cancel anytime. *SECA testing will require a medical appointment with a provider to review and assess results, of which there may be a standard insurance copay if required by your plan for the provider's time. However, for members there are no extra charges for the scan.​
